Barrington Ridge HOA

This is a reminder that the blanket property insurance coverage that has been purchased by the Homeowners' Association for the Villa homes in the Reserve will expire in April 2009. Each homeowner will then be responsible to obtain their own homeowners' insurance for their property. This change was voted into effect at our special homeowners' meeting this past October. The only insurance the HOA will now be responsible for is the liability coverage for our common grounds. Please be sure that you contact your insurance agent to get your policy in place so you do not have a lapse of coverage. An adjustment to the monthly dues will be discussed at our Annual Meeting on February 26th. If you have any questions, please attend this meeting.
