Everyone should have received a letter from Hunter the first part of November with our new lower annual rates. Our annual dues for 2009 are due January 2nd. Please be sure to make your checks payable to Barrington Ridge HOA and send the payments to:

05:55:24 am, Categories: News Most, if not all, of our homes had a notice taped to their doors yesterday about painting house numbers on the curbs. This is not something that was requested by the HOA Board. The wording of their advertisement makes it sound like this is something that has been organized by the community and should be done. That is not the case at all. This is a private company soliciting business and has nothing to do with our association. If you wish to pay for this service, that is fine but please do not feel that you are obligated to do so.
